Below is our current rate cards. If you need anything out of the norm, please contact us. Our rate card is based on shared costs within our zones and schedules. A portion of the Rate Card is tied to the published wholesale price for diesel INLAND (REEF).

Delivery PER STOP is for 60 kilograms or less.
Orders above 60 kilograms will attract a R 1.75 surcharge per kilogram for additional weight up to 200 kilograms.
Order above 200 kilograms require individualised quotation, please contact us.
STOPs (Pickup or Delivery) that do not fit within the SHARED SCHEDULE, will require individualised quotation, please contact us.

Daily

Please Note: Even when fuel increases are nominal, the cost of spares, consumables and maintenance increases ten fold. Even when the fuel prices decline, these costs do not adjust downwards accordingly.

Service Terms and Limitations

Please note the following service terms and limitations.

Same Day Collect and Deliver only available if the Collect Stop on Route and part of our schedule. Otherwise, next business day delivery applies.
We do not service DISTRIBUTION CENTERS or RETAIL OUTLETS (example, SPAR, Checkers, PicknPay, etc).
Even though the trucks are legally rated for 1200 kilograms of load, we prefer to load no more than 960 kilograms so as to protect our investment in our trucks.
The trucks are 2.6 meters high, and cannot enter underground facilities.
The freezers are programmable, and can be set to run from - 20 deg Celsius to 0 deg Celsius.
We DO NOT FREEZE DOWN goods. We cannot accommodate fresh produce.
If you require a very specific temperate for your goods, the Half Day or Full Day rate will apply, as the freezer will be calibrated to your specific needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Your Rates Expensive?

We do not think so. For comparison, most other traditional courier services charge R138 plus per 20 kilogram dry goods for deliveries. The Other Courier Person charges up to R 194.00 per 25 kilograms, and still require appropriate packaging. Our direct competitors charge R270 per 20 kilograms. We charge a nominal fee for the 1st 60 kilograms.

Do you Charge per Kilogram, Parcel or Weight?

If you plan and stay within our shared schedule, we charge a nominal fee per delivery for up to 60 kilograms per delivery or STOP. If a single delivery exceed 60 kilograms, and you want to leverage the shared schedule, we apply a R1,75 per kilogram surcharge to the load calculated as the difference of your load minus 60 kilograms. Loads may not exceed 200 kilograms in this instance. Any delivery requiring large volume moves, are charged at half day or full day rates.

How Many Kilograms Can You Load?

We operate 3 ton vehicles, which legally can load 1200 kilograms. However, we prefer to keep the total weight below 1000 kilograms to help protect our vehicles.

Do You Service Distribution Centers?

No we do not. As a courier, we need to achieve a certain number of deliveries per day to survive. Distribution Centers introduce massive delays in our daily schedules, and therefore we cannot achieve more than 5 deliveries per day, which is not sustainable for a small company such as ours.

Do You Service Retail Outlets?

No we do not. As a courier, we need to achieve a certain number of deliveries per day to survive. Retail Outlets introduce massive delays in our daily schedules, and therefore we cannot achieve more than 5 deliveries per day, which is not sustainable for a small company such as ours.

Do You Follow the AA RATE PER KILOMETER Guidelines?

No we do not. We operate a SHARED SCHEDULE based on ZONES across Gauteng, using a daily schedule to service specific zones. Please review our Service Zones for additional information.
