Below is our current rate cards. If you need anything out of the norm, please contact us. Our rate card is based on shared costs within our zones and schedules. To find the latest rate for DIESEL (50 PPM INLAND / REEF), please see the Automobile Association South Africa (AA) Fuel Price Tracker. A portion of the Rate Card is tied to the published wholesale price for diesel INLAND (REEF).

Please Note: Even when fuel increases are nominal, the cost of spares, consumables and maintenance increases ten fold. Even when the fuel prices decline, these costs do not adjust downwards accordingly.

We do not think so. For comparison, most other traditional courier services charge R138 plus per 20 kilogram dry goods for deliveries. The Other Courier Person charges up to R 194.00 per 25 kilograms, and still require appropriate packaging. Our direct competitors charge R270 per 20 kilograms. We charge a nominal fee for the 1st 60 kilograms.

If you plan and stay within our shared schedule, we charge a nominal fee per delivery for up to 60 kilograms per delivery or STOP. If a single delivery exceed 60 kilograms, and you want to leverage the shared schedule, we apply a R1,75 per kilogram surcharge to the load calculated as the difference of your load minus 60 kilograms. Loads may not exceed 200 kilograms in this instance. Any delivery requiring large volume moves, are charged at half day or full day rates.

We operate 3 ton vehicles, which legally can load 1200 kilograms. However, we prefer to keep the total weight below 1000 kilograms to help protect our vehicles.

No we do not. As a courier, we need to achieve a certain number of deliveries per day to survive. Distribution Centers introduce massive delays in our daily schedules, and therefore we cannot achieve more than 5 deliveries per day, which is not sustainable for a small company such as ours.
