Poor communication 😢.
They initially gave a time, saying it will be delivered on the 25th August 2026, between of 05:58 am and 06:57 am. I was impressed as this ment i didnt have to take the day off from work. Of course nothing was delivered between that time. It was delivered at 15h20, 8 hrs later. I lost an entire days work due to miscommunication. I will not use this delivery service. Bad service.

Excellent service! The delivery is always spot-on and arrives right within the promised timeframe, and the drivers are always friendly. The best feature by far is the live tracking—it lets me see exactly where the driver is so I'm never left guessing. Highly recommended!

This is genuinely the best delivery service and experience I've ever seen.
Constant, accurate updates of expected arrival time down to the minute. An actual map to track your delivery as it makes it's way to you, not just a bullet point saying "out for delivery".
So impressive!
Takealot and the big players should strive to have something like this!

This was an absolute pleasure. These people are very organised. 15052026 Well this was my second round. Fantastic service from the courier once again. Food wise, the food tastes fantastic while i am getting to know Thymefitchef's menu. Thank you for your menu options, especially with you keeping in mind that some of us have health issues.
