Pin Your Gate (or Driveway), and help us get to you quicker! Unlike many other developed countries, South Africa does not offer a street side address for couriers. Mapping software (such as Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps, etc), does not understand the concept of a STAND, or AH, or MARKER, or UNIT. Sometimes, they cannot find your complex when only supplying a street name and complex name. It gets more complicated where multiple stands are combined to create an estate or complex.

Lucky for us, there are tools and methods for sharing your front gate with us! Google implement a universal coding of the longitute and latitude locations called Plus Codes (https://maps.google.com/pluscodes/). What3Words (https://what3words.com) use a similar algorithm, but with words. When supplying us with your delivery data, we want to get to your curb-side, preferrable your main gate, as quickly as possible. So if this is the first time you order for delivery by us, please help us.

Whether you are using Android or iPhone, you can help us as well! Your can either download the What3Words app to you phone, walk to your gate, and get the three letters that define where you are, or, with Google Maps, simply press the square where the gate is on the map.

On Your Computer

On your desktop, it is really easy! Go to https://plus.code/map, and simply place the red square at your gate. NOT the middle of your property, but where you will receive your frozen goods from us. Or play around with What3Words at https://what3words.com/ – have some fun!

That is it! Your gate is now geocoded, and we will find the most efficient and direct route to you! Respond to your notification mail with either the Plus Code or the Three Words.
